Order
All items displayed in the online store are generally available. However, certain colors or sizes may not be available at the moment. When you select a color and size on the item page, their availability will be displayed.
If an item is no longer in stock after you have completed your order, you will be notified by email as soon as possible.

We would like to point out that shipping can only be done to the country in which you placed your order.
How can I return an item?
From the date of receipt of your package, you have 30 days to change your mind and return the goods. The items must be returned in their original packaging, with label and any accessories, in perfect condition for resale. They must not be worn, washed or soiled.
For customers who have created a customer account:Fill out the form in the "My Account" section under "My Orders", then click on "Request a return" and follow the steps displayed.
For customers who have ordered as a guest:Click on "Request a return" at the very bottom of the website in the "Services" section. Enter the order number you received in the confirmation email and the email address used to place the order and follow the steps displayed.
Once the return label has been printed, you can drop off your package at a Post branch of your choice.
Will my bank details be stored?
No bank or account details are stored on our website. Your payment information is recorded directly on the secure servers of our partners Shopify Payments and PayPal, who handle the technical and financial processing for us. The payment data you enter is encrypted on your own computer and never shared in unencrypted form over the Internet. Both Shopify Payments and PayPal use the latest security technologies to protect your sensitive data and ensure secure transaction processing.
