Return Policy – ARI (60 Days)
At ARI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return

Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label and clear instructions.

All returns must be processed via post/courier service.
⚠️ Do not send items back without prior approval — they will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We cannot accept returns for the following:

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your current one (after approval) and place a new order.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.
Items must still meet our return eligibility conditions.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued within 3 business days to your original payment method.
