At ARI, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly, securely, and with care. This policy outlines processing times, delivery estimates, shipping methods, and restrictions in compliance with Shopify Collective and Google Merchant requirements.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier location, and brand type.

Shipping Rates & Options

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping – €3.00 for orders under €500 (7–14 business days)

  • Free Shipping – On orders €500 or more (7–14 business days)

Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted carriers: FedEx, UPS, DHL, Royal Mail, and Poczta Polska.
Shipping options will display automatically during checkout based on your location.

International Shipping & Restrictions

  • We ship worldwide to most countries.

  • Some products may not be available for shipping outside Europe – please check product descriptions for details.

  • Please ensure your shipping details, including email and phone number, are accurate to avoid delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us immediately:

Dropshipping & Supplier Shipments

Some products may ship directly from our suppliers or manufacturers to ensure faster delivery and competitive pricing. Depending on availability, items in your order may arrive separately.

At ARI, we do not only sell our own ARI brand products but also offer a wide selection of different brands such as  sunglasses , bags and others. If a product is not available in our store, we work with trusted manufacturers and suppliers to source it for you.
